Good but REIT long-term analysis is difficult,as no proper metric is available, cost of rent may fall drastically due to government intervention and local and macro factors such as Covid etc. Reits in India is still a far fetched dreams 😂

Yes that time when we can consider about macro economic factors is far away . First is people don't even know about REITs due to which there is no or very less liquidity so reits growth potential doesn't matter.
