Sirjee, Vasai still don't have proper basic infrastructure, no good hospital and quoting 2.25 Cr for row house that to with such a small plot of land and in video it has been mentioned that price will increase with construction nearing completion... Majority of serious buyers who has budget of 3 bhk flat but can stretch little further for independent row house would never make it to the negotiation table...
