Vashtie started as a video director and styled shoots for Bape and ice cream when they first started.She designed the women's collections. She was Pharrell's girlfriend back in the day. She created the1992 party in NY that was like a 90's party/underground celeb hangout. For $10 you could get into clubs that usually cost $40 and wouldn't let you in with sneakers. But if you said you were there for Vashtie you could wear w/e you wanted. That's how she started DJ'ing. She also modeled for Chloe and other high end brands. She's a lot more authentic than Aleali. Who kinda comes off as a suburban culture vulture, hypebeast and Aaliyah fanatic.
