Impressive. The special chord instrument (name?) is predominant (almost "crying" out of its heart) but the orchestra is so soft it turns the score into a magnificent environment. Date of composition the piece? Thank you from Portugal. .

Thank you .🙏🏻The name of this instrument is Tar . It is Azerbaijani traditional instrument . Mugham is a national music form belonging to the peoples of Azerbaijan. It is an example of classical music based on oral traditions.There are seven main mugham in music of Azerbaijan: Rast, Shur, Segah, Shushtar, Chargah, Bayati-Shiraz, Humayun. And this piece is called Bayati-Shiraz . The composer is Vasif Adigezalov.

@@nigarmusayeva475 Thank you for your prompt information. TAR? Interesting. I have been in Baku a couple of times for work, but I dit not have a chance to see any music museum. And regarding Adigezalov (outstanding! A Master...) any violin concerto ? The 4 piano concertos are really excellent - show what, influence of Bela Bartok, Prokofieff, maybe Chostakowitch? And about Symphonies - I got Nr.2 and 3, but hard to find Nr. 1. Again, thank you so much. Alex Costa.

Yeah we have State museum of musical culture of Azerbaijan . But you can also visit The Heydar Aliyev Center. I guess that it will be more interesting . Because you can listen how all Azerbaijani instruments sound there.

Garabag shikestesi , Natavan by Vasif A. We have a lot of great composers in Azerbaijan. My favourite are Gara Garayev, Arif Melikov, Uzeyir Hajibeyov, Fikret Amirov. kzbin.info/www/bejne/o4C0e5qNjL-Zjac .it is my sister’s account . I am not so good at music , as my sisters.. one of them is a violinist. Another is a pianist. But i adore classical music :)

Yaxşıdır. Amma ürəyimizdən tikanı çıxarı bilmədin. Bu elə bir əsərdir ki, onu ifa edəndə bir az fantaziya əlavə etmək lazımdır. Çox dərin lirika var.
