The little guys are so fast and its easy to miss key points of a fight and give a point inaccurately. when you put the fight under a magnifying glass it wasn't so. Haney even said "I can't get this guy off of me" and you could see he was surprised by the decision.

Lomochenko is so fast and so elusive that every time I see him fight I can't help but be surprised at all the damage he causes to his opponent. Because you can't see the punches. He's just too quick and too clever. A masterful performance once again. Kambosos was completely outclassed and out of his range here, but deserves credit for his toughness.

Exposed Devin Haney and has never really been beat up by any top guy. If Loma was like 31 rn he would clear the lightweight division including with young guys coming up

As you age it becomes more crucial to peak at the right time - the window for elite athletes to peak becomes smaller as you age. Though not impossible you can retain speed but not over the same frequency as recovery takes longer. In the case of Lomachecnko his training and recovery for endurance, strength and timing will become more important at this stage in his career.
