VASILIY LOMACHENKO stops GEORGE KAMBOSOS Jr. in eleven rounds to become IBF lightweight champion.

As game and gallant as George Kambosos is, he was no match for Ukrainian maestro, Vasiliy Lomachenko in terms of skills and natural talent. Loma rolled back the years to keep the Greek Aussie a step and punch behind, eventually stopping him in eleven rounds via scary body-punching and precise head-hunting.

Woke up for it, love watching loma, still a top operator. Kambosos punch accuracy was aweful but he couldnt land on loma. So elusive. Its been a pleasure watching loma over the years

Joe, I agree with you. Lomachencko is a joy to behold. I don't think Lomachencko ever left. More than anyone, Lomachenckobwins fights with his feet as much as with his hands. I swear, Joe, the Eastern Block fighters are my favorite fighters. Number one, they are all tough as nails (I think that coming from generation, after generation, after generation of people who have to live in the cold breeds tough people :p ) and number two, they are classy and respectful of their opponents. Lomachencko most certainly benefitted from the Russian dance lessons. Nobody, but nobody has the footwork of Vasily Lomachencko. He's a one off in that regard. Watching Loma fight is like watching a ballet. So much is going on and so fluidly. I have always referred to Lomachencko as "The Pele' of the Boxing World." He stands head and shoulders above the rest. Watch Loma beat Tank Davis.

Tank will never fight Loma. Loma looked very good last, with a slight difference. Less output sat down more on the punches. Could that make him more dangerous? Credit to George he's done well out the game compared to his lack of ability. Fast hands and tough SOB

Loma was always a level above Kambosos mate as you know. I agree this is the best I’ve seen him for a while also, and I felt he beat Haney. Loma’s coordination with his feet and accuracy of his punches are amazing to watch. Put on a clinic and got the stoppage. I know we all love dramatic one punch KOs but I do really appreciate how technically impressive fighters like Loma are.

An easier one to predict which is why it is one of the first times I was on the money 😂 George is great at what he does but far too limited to be in there with the top chess players. Would’ve preferred to see Loma Hughes but obviously that wouldn’t have sold as many buys.

Couldnt miss with the left hand. I was worried about dodgy judging after the farce from the fight before but no chance could it have even been close should it have went the distance. Great performance especially after a year out and criticism from the ortiz fight and the close fight with haney

Kambosos has racked up some serious miles on the fistic clock and may be ready as fodder for younger, fresher fighters. Cruz would probably beat him, but George might have enough left to give Keyshawn a rough ride.

I would like to see lomachenco fight Inoue as there not to far away from weights 128lb Inoue 130/135lb lomachenco fight could easily be made love to see it. Just for the record he beat Haney 😂🥊

Loma vs Inoue would be fascinating! I have my doubts whether it'll ever happen though. Lightweight is probably a bridge or two too far for Naoya.

Inoues limit is probably 126, you're talking about guy who started off as a 106 pounder, inoue will be pushing his body beyond what it can to reach 130, loma fights at that weight comfortably, this is just as bad as people saying inoue should fight tank

@@Freevo_Lowse he is capable of 128 lomachenco can get to 128 or a catch weight in the middle it is a fight that would generate a lot of interest I would love to see lomachenco go out with a win over the monster Inoue it’s not as hard or as wide as Connor Benn v Eubanks jr they got that made it didn’t happen but not because of the weight difference 🥊👍

@@joestunnerboxing guy telling me Inoue can’t get to 28lb he is moving to 128lb and lomachenco is a natural 130lb he is comfortable at 130lb fought 135 140 but he could easily fight at 128lb tank and all the rest of the welterweights want go near lomachenco temo lopez ran from rematch as did Haney lomachenco Inoue makes good sense 🥊👍
