Holy shit, you had me subscribing within the first minute. That dodge neon comparison had me dying! 🤣🤣

I was skeptical about the review until you showed us the Toyota Yariz. I had one of those. Very roomy. Also saw plenty of Vastex D-100's at the many t-shirt-con's. Great job.

Had the same issue w/ the belt on my Vastex conveyor dryer. You want to adjust the screw that lifts/drops the belt tension bar on whatever side the belt is moving towards. If it's moving to the right side, then lift the bar on the right side and vice versa. Just do it in 14/ or 1/2 turn increments. Do it during your next job and you should be able to find center with just a handful of adjustments. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Dude, thanks so much! I couldn't find any info on how to do this. I got it calibrated so it's not moving as much but I think I need to adjust it one more time to get it perfect. 👌

Took about 3 hours to assemble. I can confirm, it was not a good time. Wasn't really that hard to do though.

Hi from Sweden! Im on my way to buy a D-100 and just wonder what you think of it after a years use? Plus and Minus? I never print stuff bigger than an t-shirt and folding isnt a problem.. but the fumes maybe? All the best, Tomas!

What are the best settings for the belt and heat controls?
@nca2 жыл бұрын
Everyone will be different, it really depends. You just gotta play around with the belt speed and heat level until you dial it in. I have a temp gun that I use to check the temperature of the shirts as they pass through.

Would you recommend this for DTG treatment and curing?
@nca3 жыл бұрын
Sorry, I haven't tested it with DTG or anything other than plastisol printing so I'm not sure. I have heard from others though that conveyor dryers in general work really well for DTG curing and pre-treatment. Hope that helps!

Dtg you cure with heat press, I cure waterbased inks with heat press

@@simseven4967 I use my heatpress also but hate the press mark on the shirts

That's speed and temperature you use

Waterbased inks are way better than plastisol and you have many options on the market, plastisol is not environment friendly and probably will be some issues in the future

$ 15 table? Lies! We rent tables and chairs, and tables at walmart are 50 bucks not 15. 😂
