Should I be calculating the Brahmastan using the layout of the ground floor only? 2) I have a covered patio or porch. It is part of the constructed area, but outside the house. Grid of all the floors will be different. About the porch area, it depends on the layout of the house, you can create 2 grid and select as per the symptoms.

In this case you need to stand in the centre of the property with compass to check the direction. On Google maps the north is at Zero Degree.

There seems to be so much confusion and opposing views regarding accurate calculation of Bramhasthan on youtube and the internet in general. Opposing views on the internet claim " EXTERNAL OPEN PERGOLA & CLOSED GARAGE WITH A ROLLER DOOR " MUST NOT be included in calculation of the bramhasthan, while some video's state it MUST BE included. The confusion surrounding this matter is tremedous, yet i could'nt find a single video on KZbin that throws light on this issue. Was wondering if you would be kind enough to clear this confusion with a short video. This might help many people. Thanks Heaps !
