Mam our bathroom is exactly situated on the east and the toilet is on the east of North east. We cannot change our house nor replace the toilet seat direction. Please suggest some remidies.

Use dehumidifiers. Install an exhaust fan. Place the English ivy plant which will absorb the moisture from air and reduce the humidity level. Keep your toilet ventilated. Place a bowl with rock salt. Clean it twice or once a week.

Mam very nicely explained. I have a few questions if you can please answer. I am living in a society flat and have 4 toilets. In these 3 toilets are problematic. 2 are in the NE zone while one although in south-south west zone of the house is the NE with respect to the room. 1) Is the toilet in NE of a room (not house but room) a problem with respect to vastu ? 2) I am living in a flat (society) and we have a toilet in NE. If i remove the seat then is it the complete solution, considering that we have toilets in above and below floor as well ?

In my native place, father stay in house which was built by grand mother, actually 25 years back they have extended area and constructed the Bathroom(SW) and adjustment to it isToilet (SE). Before entering there is Wooden Vaskal and space. I have fixed above Vaskal Copper Vastu Pyramid so that, its should separate portion and its not impact my father health. Well they both are related, and North or North-East is not the zone for either of them. It is considered as a major Vastu dosh, and generally remedies for this Vastu dosh are not very effective.

People are very much correct. Toilet in the North East is a major Vastu dosh, and ideally there is no remedy that can fully cure this dosh. Ideally you should close it, if not then make sure you follow these remedies to bring some relief. If you cannot close it then try to use the WC as little as possible. You can use the toilet for washing hands or taking bath, but not for toilet.
