Thanks for breaking the VAT down to layman level. Nigeria has being held down by centralization in Abuja and only one tribe has being the beneficiary. Tinubu is now decentralizing Nigeria. We are all feeling the pain now but it will take time to rejoice. This is how taxes work in the western world. Tinubu now need to focus on security of the nation and decentralize the police force.

No it's doesn't work out like that, all the HQ were going to be in the capital of the country, that is what happening now in the developing countries... For example the country i am now had gave a notice to all companies existing in their country to relocate their HQ to the capital of the country and, the notice will end by March 2025.
