You know I have seen one or two other red ones on Reddit, I believe someone got an MS or AU 3 legged buffalo nickel, which was one of the coins I really wanted since I love the Buffalo nickels. But from what I’ve seen not all of the reds are big tickets either, some of them just let you break even. But you’re right it is very exciting opening these haha. It's not a scam. It is gambling. However, most gambling usually results in one to three winners and everybody else gets nothing/zip/zero. In the Vault Box videos I've viewed so far, the black cores generally return from $80- $150 on 'investment'. So, everybody gets something back, and I think it's pretty fair; after all, it is a gamble. I cannot participate in this gamble because I live in NZ, and I'm definitely not going to buy them on a gamble on the secondary market.

Just did a search and found nothing related to the Vault Box Series? If there were/are a # of complaints, why are the continuing to come out with a new series each year...and, selling-out? Your're taking a risk each time....that's the fun of it!! No different than gambling...only, you're at least guaranteed something (unlike gambling). I think the series has brought a ton of new people into the hobby!
