You know, just because you take something in 720x576 and turns that in to 1280x720 in some video editor, does not automatically make it HD. What there only has been done here is upscaling and that even in a poor quality.

You don't say that it hasn't been HD yet in 1990... This must be new to everyone. In any case, I feel that I got the most out of the material I could. But OK, then do better. Go for it! Good luck! PS: oh, and I will also tell you that the preliminary upscaling it also has such an important role here on KZbin (no, not the deception) that the higher resolution (and what is at least as important from this point of view, that the higher bitrate) videos, there is less data loss during the uploading process, i.e. during the KZbin conversion process. In other words, if I had left the video at 576p, believe me, the quality would have been even worse.
