Wow!!! I really love this house!! Great layout, fun and well thought out. How could you get bored here and with the right company or even just a couple cats and dogs this place is ideal for me. How much did it cost to build and where is the water source and power. I would love to have this design as an off grid home complete with gardening area for growing food, with perhaps a small covered parking area for inclement weather...This home has it all. Absolutely Beautiful !!!

Back to the cabin, I love the basement, love the giant game, love the design of the kid's bedroom, I like the wood paneling but not much on the black steps, like the bathroom tiling, like the high ceiling bedrooms, like the patio, like the pots on the wall.

Love just about everything with this place. Important to stand out from other rentals in the area! Though do you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the communal deck space upstairs? Also, and I’d love to hear other people’s opinions on this: if I was building a place to be a vacation rental, I would skip the communal bathroom, and instead find a way to give each bedroom its own bathroom, preferably en suite. Never fun to share bathroom with friends/family. But those are minor things in what looks like a stunning property! Love the patio wall of greenery.

Kel, no it isn't. it is just a black stain. We were gong to do shou sug ban there and on the exterior siding but with the fires in 2016 and the fact that this house was built on a lot where a house was lost in the fire we felt it to be a little insensitive. But look for us to use it on a future project. Thanks for watching.

Only two points, there is no closet in the kids room, at least one upper bed should have had closet underneath, otherwise they gonna fill in the space with open suitcases. And second, the showers lack hand held shower option. I hate it when showers have just the waterfall option.

I have to put it in the first half of the video and I don’t want to put it in the beginning because that might turn viewers away immediately. They are skippable though so if you don’t want to watch you can easily skip over it! Sadly these videos don’t bring in enough revenue from KZbin by themselves to pay for everything so these sponsorships are a huge help to keep these videos paid for! Hope this helps😊

Long narrow .......but wasted with extra high ceiling ......what a waste .......that height space .....shoud be utilised to widen a little bit more the floor .....another 1.5 foot more wouldve ease everything...... To make things worse ...... too many black coloured stuff used ......exaggerates more feeling of tightness .....narrow ...... Couldve had medium coloured green tiles for kitchen wall ...... more vibrant colored rug , carpet ...... and pine coloured dining table .......bright color stuff wouldve eased , compensate that narrow , tight feeling .......
