You dealt 125 true + 126 physical, morde having 50 armor gives him 33% damage reduction, your Q at lvl 4 empowers your AA by 105% of your AD. So basically (88 AD × 2.05)×0.67 ~ 120 physical damage. If ult had triggered in time you'd have dealt (114 AD ×2.05)×0.67~157 physical damage.
