Vazhaipoo Puttu... I never thought that I will be able to prepare this dish because it consumes a lot of time in cleaning and removing the unwanted stem and base Skin of every florets. Well your demo had atlast instigated me to go ahead and prepare this dish for the very first time. I know I am penning my comments late, but I have come across your recepe only after searching in you tube. This happened since my son called me over phone when he went visiting to his friends farm house whether we can prepare any vazhaipoo dish since it was cut fresh and given to him. Hence I searched for the recepe , especially your recepe and prepared this dish today. Very nicely demonstrated by you and the dish came out very delicious. Adding coconut paste and coconut shreds has boosted the taste to next higher level. I think it was worth the wait after all. Thanks again for sharing this wonderful recepe 😋😋🌹
