I did using ur method. It works but it has to be viewed at an angle nearly 140 degrees. If u look straight or at slight angle it's not visible. Is there any way to make it visible at straight or at smaller angle?

Yes you can use a CNC to carve a picture, Little need to know the functions of CNC. CNC is a supperb working Machinery especially for wood working.
