A good starting point, for the vSphere infra point of view. Still much into VMware initials strategy to provide vSphere Native Pods, with a dependency on vSAN (if you use VCF) for the Supervisor cluster and NSX-T as the network layer for your Supervisor Cluster. Much of it has changed in the meantime only a few months later. Pods are no longer ran off the Supervisor Cluster but run off a K8s Primary Workload cluster in its own biotope and whilst an integration with either a HAproxy or Avi Loadbalancer, both of which providing VIPs for your K8S Workloadclusters and/or services/workloads running inside.
