Your video was very informative about VCA. I couldn't really see the pendant that far from the camera. Please do close-ups in future videos. Perhaps mod shots of you wearing it when it returns after engraving. You are very knowledgeable and I enjoyed learning from you!

Thank you for your feedback. Totally agree with you on the poor close up of the product. The purpose was about helping people understand the brand and how to invest and care for the product.
