Congrats on your new addition. I think you made the right choice. I have the same piece in rose gold as I wear rose gold on most days and it was my first VCA piece. Having this pave version as my first VCA piece I can confirm that I don’t have much urge to collect other Alhambra pendants. I only have the guilloche Alhambra pendant in white gold for styling purposes on days when I feel like wearing white gold. I do own a few Alhambra bracelets as stacking bracelets is fun but for my neck the diamond pave is my go-to option.

It sounds stunning! Yes I chose yellow gold for the same reason you chose rose gold - to match the majority of the metal color/tone I wear day to day 😊😊😊 so good to hear that from yet another pave pendant owner, my SA who has the white gold version said exactly the same thing - less urge to collect ALLLLL the Alhambra pendants other than very special ones or pops of color etc - gives you brain and emotional space to think about the purchase before buying? 🙏🥹💕 I must say it’s making me want other pave or diamond pieces though… eyeing the frivole and perlee pieces and trying to plan out my next purchases 🤣🤣🤣🤣 TYFW and especially for taking the time to share your thoughts and your own experience! I agree! I bought this piece last year for Christmas and I really don’t want another VCA pendant😍 This is the pendant of pendants 🤩 It’s literally still so flawless. The only other pendant I would get is the 2021 holiday pendant in rhodonite if I could find it in pristine condition!

Congratulations beautiful Kiki ❤🎉 ❤ I do the same thing and get the higher priced items first because usually their increase ratio is higher. When I was trying to get the yg hammered yg pendant I a few times thought I just get the pave but the price point held me off😅 I just couldn't do it but it's so so pretty. Wear it on good health❤❤❤

Yes I think it's a good strategy (if you know you will buy it regardless/eventually) to get the higher ticket items first to save a little bit of the difference in price increase over time haha 🤣 Yes that's why I hesitated at first and considered getting the hammered YG pendant (i still might add it... LOL), but i just couldn't resist the sparkle of the pave version so i decided to just do it now rather than later after several other price increases 🤪🤪🤪 I'm eyeing the frivole pendant and earrings next - just can't decide if i want pave versions or without pave 🤔 Which would you get?? HAHA!! 😉 Plus the 10 motif hammered gold necklaces you have~~ So many items 🤑 slowly though haha 😊TY so much for commenting and for watching!! have a wonderful week ahead darling 💖KIKI

Thank you so much❤ I love all your choices and think any frivole would look amazing on you I personally hate to pay the diamond upprice and since you have the pave maybe I would choose the shiny one. Did you ever consider the guilloché as alternative to pave alhambra ? Just asking out of curiosity 😊 I think the hammered 10 would look awesome on you aswell❤️

Just got a 8000 dollars vca jewelry. My sa told me they can’t give box and travel pouch at the same time now (I’m in usa). I got only a box, I was sad 😂

Congrats Kiki! I went back and forth wether to get this one myself since my hubby have bought me the guilloche one already and I loveeeeee it. I decided that my second one was going to be the onyx instead of this one but this piece is stunning though and I can see your happiness in the video 😊. Congrats and enjoy it in good health! I do want to say that it makes sense your logic and your SA’s but… sometimes a diamond piece like that calls too much attention so something like an onyx piece or even the guilloche one are more appropriate if you want to be more discrete 😉kind of like you having the MOP and now this stunning one!

So beautiful on you!!! Would you choose the diamond pave over the guilloche? I have the vintage MOP and vintage onyx necklaces but I am wanting to add another pendant to my collection, though I can't decide between the guilloche and pave!

Honestly if price is NOT a factor (because there absolutely is a price diff so that's a consideration), I would choose diamond pave EVERY time!! Photos and videos do NOT do it justice - there's something about the open back VCA setting and the diamonds they selected that just make them POPPPPP insanely shiny and sparkly!! PLUS the fact that they are absolutely fuss free - guillloche is solid gold so it has that going for it but the scratches can never ever be fixed... So it depends what kind of personality you have? For a shiny piece like guilloche the fact that it would have lots of micro scratches might bother me... doesn't mean i won't get one... but if I could ONLYYYYYY have one i'd go for the diamond pave!! Sorry for writing so much haha, i do hope my 2 cents helped even a little!! ❤ KIKI

BTW: how are you liking your Onyx? Im thinking of adding another stne pendant piece and everyone raves about ONYX but im not sure it would go as well with my wardrobe... Warm, neutrals, ecru, whites etc ❤ KIKI

I think once you have something as beautiful as diamond pave, the onyx just seems more dull and plain! Maybe if you want to dress down, but you already have the MOP for casual occasions which matches everything:)
