in case i can access the Vcenter Web client, but on the Vcenter management can't (port:5480), Could you please recommend.

Restart vami service. Telnet the port to ensure it's open. Check vami.log to further troubleshoot.

HI, i wonder if you could assist pleaseee I have a couple of services that are down one is VCTOMCAT and the other is VPXD. Any ideas on how to repair it? many thanks in advance. happy topriovide screenshots of needed

Hi Ahmed, it would require an extensive troubleshooting, log a ticket with VMware. You may begin with looking at vpxd.log to understand why the service is down.

Sorry for delayed response. Run service-control -- status -all. Identify what all services are in stopped status. Then run service-control --start -- all. Open another terminal and check status. You need to identify on which service it is getting stuck at. Then check that service specific logs to understand why it is failing.

enable ssh on vcenter from console & putty via ssh
