I would really like some advice on speech anxiety! I get ridiculously nervous when I have to present in front of a group. I just end up reading to calm myself down or forgetting what I need to say when I try not to read.

A video about how to write a speech would be great. It sounds stupid but I've noticed that I write my speeches like I'm writing an essay so when I would go up to present my speech it was really boring and just. . ugh.
