A few things to remind. -It's the first time they (Vault Room) try to hold a GTA server, bugs do exist. -The second try in this clip, it was just Axel being careless to peek and so rpr had to stay longer, they could have run earlier. -Like Lam-san helping the gang, medic can be on different sides. -I found that Axel and rpr failing is funny so I clip these, it doesn't mean police always win. -You are welcome to comment as long as it is not an insult.

This clip doesn't mean that police always win. The plural of anecdote isn't data, afterall. But the number of heists in totality -- those with police response that end in failure vs the number of heists with police response that don't, well, those show a very strong imbalance. You want both sides to have be able to do things and to have fun. If police can run over any heist that they manage to get on scene for, with fines being as prohibitive as they are, then people will eventually stop participating in these activities. Same as how people quit being on the police force because there weren't enough people doing heists early on, so police would just be sitting on their asses all day.

As someone who followed axel and rpr's side, I can absolutely attest that the bugs are more of a problem than the police. Every single major heist they do end up being a failure because the bugs make the game straight up unplayable. They are so prominent that I find myself thinking this server doesn't even need any police, the bugs can punish the criminals by their own with all kinds of bullshit like dropping them out of the map or voiding their rewards.

in case of Lam-san... Cops doesn't know she's helping La Fam especially in their Airplane mission that resulted to a Bug... instead of continuing they sacrificed themselves and surrendered for Lam to escape (but well police gave them chance cause of the bug) She uses other outfits in doing crimes hahaha she's like a spy in cops side or you could say she has the cops trust hahaha

Im really looking forward to the compilation video for the VCR GTA streams. Theres just too many things going on, its hard to keep up. Especially during peak hours (8-11pm JST) where most things happen. I was watching Hinano recently and the whole server was somewhat slow paced, most people were sleeping and Hinano and Reika was the only active (honest) medic online. HAHA gang was doing a raid along with their medic + police members, i thought it was weird that several cops kept dying non-stop they even asked Hinano to wait outside for heals. I opened Beni's stream and sure enough they were together. This was during the time the true cops werent online, so the gangs pretty much rule the city. Also kinda funny to see someone who just finished a heist, managed to somehow miss the cop by a few seconds, and then goes back to their actual job being a medic, and healed several cops they just killed.

Or consider lowering the penalties given and lowering cooldown to activate the heists so they encourage more to do these stuffs repeatedly as the server gonna end soon. Also RPR seemed losing motivation as well after many scuffed attempts at heist from their latest misadventures. Also at least, popo are busy time to time now compared to early days where popo idle time is so long.

Aww man sad with the bug. If everything's going smooth it will be epic and fun. Ebio (medic not a police) shooting needs to be addressed tho, its kinda unfair, hope the mod will addressed that. I think there's also a moment where Daruma and his gang kinda complain to Kanae that police in the game is kinda unfair but it's all in Japanese so idk exactly the topic they're complaining. It's two imbalances, which makes it twice as bad. There's no chance of pulling off a heist without getting lucky by raiding multiple locations at the same time and then you being in the single location that doesn't have instant police response. It's not good gameplay.

@@ekapaulus5915 It varies by time of day I guess. In any case, what matters is that criminals can pull off some successful robberies, and that police can pull off some successful arrests. If both have a high failure rate then people will quit the activity. But gangs will quit sooner, because their investment and the hurdles that they have to overcome in order to get in the green is much higher.

definitely not OP. Beni's team pulled out Union Heist in their first try killed bunch of polices and escaped. The bug definitely making the heist longer than it should making the police capable of catching them most of the time. Shibuya Hal has proven that so long you are being seamless fast and quickly getaway from a buggy heists, you are pretty much near uncatchable. The server admin had no "nerf" him by moving him to police side.

@@AzrazelRa they were using distractions by shooting up other places during the heist to delay the police i think that was pretty good there doesn't seem to be a place to land a heli and you don't want to use an RPG indoors (in the yacht) if the heist went well, they should have been able to exit in time and don't have to fight any cops well, i haven't seen the others try the yacht yet

lol. it's always 3 of them vs around 3 police, it's about shooting skills, first time it's bug so they let them go with low fine that is as fair as it gets. Second time Axel die from NPC (not the police OP fault) and you expect RPR 1 vs 3 (they are all FPS players not your avg girl, lol). It doesnt matter if the police come fast or slow, if the gang is strong enough they can shot down the police and just walk it off no need to run. But LA gang just goof around. They only have 3 main member Axel, Rpr and Leo (2 other girls are for distraction).

the cruise raid happened basically right after the convenience store and honestly they only need 1-2 people to handle the convenience store so the cruise was a bigger priority for the rest of the police. plus they know the people on the cruise will be there for a while, whereas the convenience store robbery would probably already be gone by the time they get there.

Keep in mind this server probably wasn't made for super serious RP and intended just for fun. I'd say the only thing that should be adjusted is when the police should be using lethal force, Just attempting to flee shouldn't justify lethal force. People will say police are to OP because they are too quick to shoot to end the encounter, some are and some aren't. People will say police are understaffed, the only way crims have a chance are when they can overwhelm the police with multiple jobs at once. What will happen when the server has a loaded police force, they'll almost instantly show up to every heist even if there multiple and just shoot to kill anyone they see to end the encounter then and there. They aren't rp'ers so they don't see a reason to let an encounter drag out or let crims attempt to flee. Also there should be no situation where medics should be shooting people, do the assigned job and rez the downed cop.

for people saying the police is too OP, you must see from police POV first, when its golden time, they will have 5-7 crime at same time. axel and rpr timing is not perfect cause there's no other crime at same time, so police can focus at them. you must see the other criminal pov too, when there's no many police online, they will get easy money at that time, the strategy also important in here, axel and rpr just using gun and ship for a big risk money, just now vdk team got flawlesy win in the ship cause they're using RPG to sweep the police and Helicopter to run

To the people saying that police being OP is OK because there isn't enough police, you're missing the point. What's important is that both sides (i.e. criminals and police) always have something to do and that this something is gainful employment. Police being OP is an imbalance and police being too few to catch everyone is a completely separate imbalance. Police can have a good time even if they don't catch every criminal on the server, and even if 1 out of a gang in a heist gets away. Criminals can't have a good time if police just runs them over every time, as is the case here.

Don't you see how one leads to the other? They're too OP in individual encounters -- they can deal with anyone that they can reach instantly. There is two imbalances here. I personally wouldn't watch them if they're too stiff. Enforcing the whole RP rules thingy on to the streamers. Anyway, the police are not OP. The clips just don't do justice portraying them. They literally had to nerf others so the police could catch up. For the first few days, it was possible to monitor the police's position/movement by other than the police themselves. So gangs would recruit someone who has access to it and have them relay the information to other gang members who are on heist or whatever. Even after the nerf, the police are still overworked. I'd suggest watching Nazuna's or Kanae's POV during peak hours, like past 12AM JST, if you feel like watching the stream and not just clips. It's a nonstop chase. Edit: also yes, the bugs sucks.

By now I think we just have to accept it's skills issue. Heists are just not their thing and selling ojijis not all that profitable anymore. Plus being 2 foreigners, its near impossible to build a really strong team with randoms who are invested in the ganglife but somehow not already in a rival group and dont mind having a white dude as boss. nah bro, i've seen other gangs in the server win their heists even with number disadvantage. They just hopped into the heist with a half-assed plan and that is why they got delayed and police caught up to them. The comms were out of place. They didn't use cover when shooting enemies, axl and leo got shot by the NPCs because they carelessly put themselves out of cover. Good aim doesn't mean shit if they're dead before the police comes. They didn't brought any diving equipment for plan B, they just ran around randomly without any escape plan and destination, etc,etc... lots of things to point out. But honestly IDC though even if they fail, this is still an experience for them, I just enjoy watching the chaos happen. But if you got bored of this then maybe you are expecting too much out of the clip. They might be good at FPS but that is not the selling point in GTA.
