புளிப்பு கூட்டுக்கு தேவையான பொருட்கள்
வேகவைக்க:--
வெள்ளைக் கொத்துக்கடலை - ஒரு கப்
பட்டாணி - அரை கப் (இரண்டையும் கலந்து முதல் நாள் இரவு ஊற வைக்க வேண்டும். )
கடலைப்பருப்பு - 2 டேபிள் ஸ்பூன்
துவரம்பருப்பு - 3 டேபிள்ஸ்பூன்
இந்த நான்கு பொருள்களையும் குக்கரில் ஒரு விசில் வந்தவுடன் சிறிய தீயில் குறைத்து வைத்து 7 நிமிடம் கழித்து தீயை அதிக படுத்தி 2 விசில் விட்டு இறக்கவும்.
வறுத்து அரைக்க
தனியா - ஒன்றை டேபிள் ஸ்பூன்
கடலைப்பருப்பு - 1 டேபிள் ஸ்பூன்
பாதி உளுத்தம்பருப்பு - 1 ஸ்பூன்
மிளகு - 3
வெந்தயம் - கால் ஸ்பூன்
மிளகாய் - 7 nos
தேங்காய் துருவல் - 2 டேபிள் ஸ்பூன்
புளி - பெரிய நெல்லிக்காய் அளவு
