Lady"s Finger Kari Kulambu is a slight modification from our usual cooking. This suits well for rice, dosa, idly and idiyappam. This is such an easy cooking method with usual ingredients with a slightly different taste. so you can give it a try and enjoy.
Ingredients :
to make paste :
1/2 coconut grated (100 g)
snauf 1 full tsp
cinnamon stick 1
cardamon 1
clove 1
cashew 25 g
saute:
oil 1 tsp
lady's finger chopped 400 g
For Gravy :
big onions 1/4 cup (1)
small onions 1/4 cup (15 )
tomato 200g ( 3)
groundnut oil 40 ml
ghee 10 ml
mustard seeds 1 tsp
cumin seeds 1 tsp
curryleaves 2 strings
rock salt 1 tsp
gravy masala 4 tbsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
water 300 ml
garnishing:
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp gravy masala
1/4 tsp garam masala
