Actually when we take projection on the xy plane then that will look like a circle and then theta should be 0 to 2 pie i guess.

sir then what is the difference when the square has points (-1,1),(1,1),(-1,-1)and(1,-1) actually the figure what we get is rhombus and 1/4 th the square formed by limits that you took so the area is1/3 not 4/3 please check.
