@@19917119 I'm watching the calculus 3 playlist you have created just to quickly review the materials for an exam. Each video is packed with good amount of practices.

@@knewzi3152 That is good to hear. I do have some time to make more. So if you need a specific topic of Calculus 3, just let me know and I will add a video with excamples to help. I like the idea of writing my notes ahead of time so that I can have less recording time and a shorter video than recorinding on a white board. I belive that saving the time and going over hand written organized notes will be a postive thing to do. That is why I call my videos: Lecture Videos with simplified Examples. JaberTime

when t=0 ,then x=1,y=0,fine when t=360 what about z???will the z ( i mean height) for one cycle magnitude reach 360?
@19917119
@19917119 5 ай бұрын
T is in radians, not degrees. If you are referring to the last example " the Helix" , then the height will keep increasing in radians. If you are not referring to the last example, let me know which example and I will explain more.

Hi Madhusanka, I will add a short video by next week on this topic using GeoGebra. Also, I will post a link to the actual GeoGebra Example that I am going to use so you can see all the steps and you can move the sliders yourself and change the view within GeoGebra. I am sure that you will like it. JaberTime

Thanks, without parameter, can we sketch space curve? Like this eq : ŕ=x^2 ī + 2y j + 5z k
@19917119
@19917119 3 жыл бұрын
Hi Rahul, Type that in www.geogebra.org/3d GeoGebra.org is free online software. Click on 3D Calculator and type r= x^2 I+ 2y j + 5z k. Then with the mouse pointer to the graph, click and hold and move the graph. Let me know if that works for you, please. JaberTime

Hi Rahul, If you want to sketch a space curve, do the following: Try to type the following in GeoGebra: www.geogebra.org/3d Curve(t^2, 2t, 5t, t, 0, 7) It will show you the curve with the parameter t from 0 to 7. You can change 0 to 7, of course to your own numbers. JaberTime

@@Uknon78 wait, if there is no t or a parameter, it doesnt make sense. the components u wrote are functions; there is an independent variable. if there is no parameter then it is only a directional vector, helps to fix a one specific direction for a point to follow like in straight lines vector equation. and the components are regular constant numbers. for a curve the direction is not constant
