(Tea bag shape and size but filled with a lovely selection of herb based bath crystals)

I was thinking of double sided tape, but I wasn't sure it would hold since it needs to bend.

It holds. I decorated a miniature box using a 3mm ribbon and I glued it down with double-sided tape. It has not come undone... yet.
