i moved a point of rotate to the bottom of objek but when I set option to 30 degree why a point of rotate back to the centre? ( sorry my english is bad , I hope you understan what I mean)

Eria Riantory how did you move the point of rotation? If you adjust it with the transform panel it will snap back to the centre, but if you use the alt/option key with the rotate tool it will remember the setting. Simply select the rotate tool, press and hold the alt/option key and click on the artboard/object where you want your point of rotation, the rotate panel will open and there you can set your rotation angle. And btw, your English is just fine :)

Hi, awesome video, but when I do the last geometric flower when turning on the dash the object disappears with no stroke its blank. and my dash doesn't show all 0 pt settings? HELP!

make sure when you select the lines that you have a value set for the stroke, when you set the stroke to dashes it shouldn't disappear.
