Before anyone gets toxic: This whole war is a huge beta test for the new turf thing. Nothing is really thought threw, which is why it’s such a big clusterfck to begin with. Who knows if wiping another spray than the one initially bait wiped is a new situation but I can’t blame Ved for coming outside his apartment after seeing the notification that the block spray is getting wiped.

Koil said when ved got downed with NO INITIATION at the start of the war that wiping a spray is a initiation. I personally don't see what ved did was wrong cuz he was awake during the fight but got told by patar and Adam on the phone to not get involved with the fight. Benji then proceeds after they wipe mdm to go to their compound and wipe a different spray to what they originally started wiping at the start of the fight. I would have done the exact same thing as ved regardless if its in the grey area or not. I'd rather risk a 3 day then let them take down a spray when I have the power to stop it LOL

The best way I can put it is: The initiation is the wiping of the first spray. And the conclusion of that first initiation is a MDM going down. The continuation of the initiation is to wipe that same spray. Anything other than that spray is suggesting that SS assumed the MDM deaths as the conclusion of initiation 1, and therefore creates a new initiation at the block, with the new wipe. Even if this is a rule break I hope Ved doesn’t get a ban, it’s such a grey area.

No thats completely incorrect and not how the server rules work. They are very clear on this topic and the rules have been in place for more than 4 months now You cannot join in a situation if 6 of your friends or crew are already in that situation, due to this ved broke the rules. There was no secondary situation at all, the wiping of sprays is irrelevant to the situation of 6 of the mandem crew still being down and seaside still working on taking weapons from them, moving there wounded and removing a spray of there choosing at the mdm block. Benji was at the mandem block with seaside and then ved woke up and joined the situation no one had been revived yet or anything. You cant twist rules just to suit your favorite streamers thats not how it works...

Even Benji also recognized there's two sides, and that they'll report it to the admins for clarification. That's not saying the situation is correct in mandems favour, it's just a complete grey area. Your argument that this specific scenario hasn't been negotiated goes both ways, as it's then upto perception of the person reacting, and it doesn't default to the aggressors side. In Veds mind, he sat out the battle for the spray the war was initially about, and then gets a noti that a different spray is getting wiped. This scenario is a first, and he can't sit around clarifying with the other group or any admins what he is supposed to do, he just has to make a decision and get an answer after the RP has played out

If wiping a spray isn’t classed as a new initiation then simple fact is, MDM could catch 1 SS guy lacking, down him and then carry him around all day while they wipe every single SS spray because aslong as they still have that 1 guy down from the 1st altercation it still remains the same ‘scene’. This is such a sticky situation. The first time SS wiped a spray it was considered initiation. This time SS baited a spray which started the fight, after they killed them all Benji went to wipe another spray inside the block instead, which if going off the spray SS wiped is an initiation then that is another form of initiation. And that’s why Ved shot. I think the way SS did the first one makes this situation fine. But after the rules they set up, it’s just a strange one

No, it's not really that simple. But you can't just snipe them without them being able to see you at all. (Them wiping a spray gives you a reason to shoot (so it's not random) but that doesn't mean you can do anything) And in this case, the ongoing situation hasn't ended yet. Seaside was the attacking team who had number disadvantage cause they attack mandem at their home turf with 9 ppl. Mandem were just posting up on their block with number advantage so seaside had no choice but to bait wipe to lure mandem out from their post. Mandem had the upper hand but they still lost. Benji did told ved to move on cause it was still a active situation. Seaside didn't even wipe one spray completely so Benji had to wipe one spray if not what's the point of attacking. If him wiping another spray create a new situation then he could have wipe the old spray and directly come wipe a new spray with additional seaside members knowing the fact that 4 mandem on gang app is died and there are one person on the mandem block. Sounds reasonable?

Ved wasn’t in the original engagement, so he has no idea what happen there. For all Ved knew Seaside had just wiped MDM and was taking down a spray. So he was not allowed to engage with Benji there. In fact, Benji saw Ved 5 minutes before this inside the MDM compound and let him go because he wasn’t involved.
