For more context, before she started playing Undertale she added a new tail to her model. When she moved her model down to the corner of the screen so you could watch the gameplay better, she removed the tail since you couldn't see it anyway since it was now mostly her from the shoulder up. So chat joked that the new tail was under the view/table/etc now since it could no longer be seen and made Undertail puns as she was making her new stream title to advertise she was now playing Undertale without realizing that naming it Undertail... may have also referred to some R34 Undertale horror.
