Neuro will be getting v3 eventually and then they’ll both have expressive voices. I’m an evil fan but I still love both. Maybe she seems more witty because evil is quicker to act antagonizing. But idk why this needs to be said at all, they both have entirely different personalities and have something to give. It’s personal preference, some enjoys normal neuro more than evil. In the end, I wish people can just enjoy both(which seems to be the majority of people anyways so that’s good)

My guy no person speaks that quickly 💀 evil rushes everything she says and sometimes it sounds like nonsense and gets annoying at times. Normal takes her time when speaking and can still give full sentences and she can control when wants to speak fast when repeating things like "ok" etc. In conclusion normal neuro speaks like an actual person I don't know where you even got the "slowmo" thing from. She even stops and thinks like a normal person 💀 while evil rushes through everything. Evil being unhinged is what makes her good.
