What would you say the fear is founded on? What belief. In my own case I progressed some way and then found there was this lurking terror of annihilation or death. And I really felt I'm going to die. So although I felt if I closed my eyes I would be annihilated by this mighty power. I just lay down and closed my eyes..i felt this subtle grasping to form slip away.. long story short I realised I don't disappear while everything else appears and disappears in me. Everything is me...has no existence apart from me so I gain nothing nor do I lose anything. It's hard to describe but all this became a rock solid conviction and it was all due to not turning away from the fear. So in a way this fear is really grace. It emerges when the understanding goes deeper.. it's actually a good sign. Just don't try and push it away.. be curious what is it based on.. stay open. It can be a doorway. Don't ask how can I get rid of it.. it's the wrong orientation you see. If you remember Ramana Maharshi had this fear come up and what was his orientation?.. one thing is he accepted it.. even if he is going to die...he was curious what dies.. he faced it...he didn't run off to anyone asking how can I get rid of it. This is why it's considered heroic..

You want to be fear-less? Less implies letting go, accepting loss. I like another commentator's response about the divine mother. You can reconnect with her through sitting meditation. There are different techniques. The quickest way is to focus on the heart beat, feel it and surrender. Notice the upper body slightly move according to its rhythm. Then notice your breath, the relationship between the heart beat and the breath. Aim for ecstacy. Sit in the sun. Ponder these sources of life (heart, breath, sun) that carry your consciousness through this life regardless of your thoughts and feelings. All this is working for your consciousness all the time to have this experience, which is varied but should feel blissful within this meditation. This is part of divine mother you can feel and instantly rejoice in.

Why balance? Spiritualize everything. Know that you are not the doer. Offer every action at the feet of lord, your office work, house work, everything. Surrender to the higher truth. No one is a stranger. Treat everyone as God in disguise. See God in your spouse and children. Serve them as you are serving God. Zero expectations from anyone.

Were do preminitions come from as my dreams were full of preminitions of events that would come to be many years later . My dreams also helped me see or understand what was really going on in the waking state and often fekt more real . Dreams showed me subtle elements of events i couldnt see in the waking state. My understanding is that consciousness does not identify with anything. What identifies itself? Would you want liberation if you knew what it was, if you saw it manifest? Liberation is the outcome of removing body and mind as a limiting frame of consciousness. The mind does not need to move toward liberation which exists somewhere else. The process is more of receiving and opening vs directional. The mind can be a tool of Spirit vs Spirit as a tool of the mind's will. Most people want their mind's will and refuse to give it up. How many would want to be "liberated" from their mind's desire?

I reject bhakti as a waste of time. The downfall of Indian civilization is partly due to the undue importance given to bhakti. What does bhakti do that Gyan or Karma or Raj Yog cannot achieve? Bhakti merely gives a "good feeling" (maybe even false feeling) about oneself. It gives you an impression that you have become pure while all the time you are merely "attached" to Supreme. Because the Supreme is perceived as pure, you "think" you have become pure because, in reality, you are "attached" to the Supreme. I consider bhakti as useless, even dangerous. All the problems that emanates from various religions of the world is because of bhakti, not Gyana, Karma or Raj Yog.
