Hundreds will watch this or such videos but less than dozen would make a comment or like it ! Hinduism, more than an organised Religion is a way of life and it's knowledge is imparted or one imbibes it through some rituals and recitations of mantra, shlokas, katahas, puranas and aaratis ! This way the guy grows up with so many unanswered questions, desire to know more the meaning behind what all he had been doing under the name of religion / culture / parental or community teaching. People with such a quest would certainly watch videos like this

Namaste I wish the class was in video form as Swami is using diagrams on a board obviously. Especially in the issue of ‘consciousness is also behind the world’ where the live audience is clear about what Swami says about this, this etc.,, but youtube watchers cannot know where Swami is pointing. This is a most difficult topic, and the video would have helped a lot. Just a comment if the organisers can look into for future classes.

12-4-2022 - Respected Swamiji ! Pranaam ! I want to express my humble observation regarding your allowing Q and A during the lecture, with the intention to clear the doubts of the curious seekers, but during lecture 2 and 5, means this lecture the listeners do not allow you to proceed with the core subject. The entire lectures become "debates" because majority of questions are raised to satisfy their own doubts. Hardly a question helps in clearing the doubts. The listeners should exercise vivek. The smooth flow of your lecture gets interrupted and the very direction of the lecture is lost. My humble suggestion to Swamiji to ask the seekers to note their questions and ask them in separate session. The "vakta" may lose the core point to elaborate. Pranaam ! Pl forgive me if my suggestion is not found proper.

The question at around 14:00 is always perplexing, Matrix-like...is there one Public Reality? Or multiple subjective realities but which share commonness? In my dream world the other people in my dream, whom I dream up, are gone when I wake up. I have no continuing feeling about them. But it is said that even after "realization/Awakening" a person continues to care for her/his fellow-beings. If they were like dream people...then they would be realised as unreal even in a vyavaharika sense, no, just as we do not obesses after dream people in normal waking?
@vanamatrika.. Жыл бұрын
32:29 though it is already a much later time i am writing but..when i was studying psychological counselling...under late Dr.DNNandy...he said about this dream state...that we dont go immediately to rem sleep...first there is trans state...then a little portion of deep sleep...when our ego of the awaken state gets inhibited....then our mind take some information from daily life and mixed with our subconscious or unconscious repressed or suppressed matter and create dreams....when the purpose of the dream completed it dissolute into deep sleep..the sole purpose of dream is to relieve unresolved issues n protect sleep...so even from a night mare we may pass through a deep sleep phase...significantly short timed... But here the importance of dream n deep sleep is much much more...and it is with sacred ness... Swamiji...you and you talks are blessings to us...

Pranam Swamiji ! U said thr is deep sleep state between two states of dreaming n waking .wat abt if person is suddenly woken up from sleep by some other person instantly ?
@capricorn15933 жыл бұрын
He answered this in the previous lecture, he said deep sleep is a corridor to waking and dreaming. You'll need to pass through it to get to waking from dreaming and vice versa. Even when it feels like you were woken up from dreaming immediately, you will pass through from deep sleep, even for a bit, where you'll abandon your dream body and world to enter the waking world with waking body. There will never be the case when you'll feel both the dream and waking to be equally real. When we wake up instantly after a dream, we have awareness of that dream, but we are waker in waking world, we are not the dreamer anymore. Hope this helps 🙏
@capricorn15933 жыл бұрын
Hey @@Srividya_youtube, He mentioned lucid dreaming (I guess in 7th lecture) where he said that there are many possible states (lucid dreaming, trans, coma etc) but we just talk about waking, dreaming and deep sleep because these are the most common, experienced by almost everybody, from which I believe he implied it's something separate from deep sleep. Though, after listening to 6th and 7th lecture also (and also a few other resources I've using like upanishad ganga), I would say my understanding is, all these states waking, dreaming and every other possible state (lucid dreaming, trans state, coma etc) are seeds present in deep sleep. The more I think about it, the more I feel that deep sleep is the source from which all these states emerge, I could be completely wrong here!
@yuvraz810 Жыл бұрын
@@capricorn1593you are right coz deep sleep state is the causal state i.e it is the cause of all the other states as other states are merged within deep sleep state to seed form.

Swamiji its excellent lecture but there is nothing mentioned in the vedant as a matter of faith. All r logically explained in Vedant. The whole world is pervaded by consciousness as mentioned in vedant with Spider web and dream world example. Though we dont experience it directly but our rishis clearly brought out this with their experience and in Gita, Lord Krishna emphasises this repeatedly. So using words matter of faith is absolutely wrong swamiji. I apologise as I dont have vast knowledge like u

I don't listen you for being enlightened. I just want to know answers of my question. I think may be its given by someone. But even our god don't gives us answers and then i found you. Yes it seems really nice but please don't say that everything is false because it's dependent. What are you trying to do. What can we be if we are Brahma and which Brahma who emerges from Lord Vishnu or anyone else. Or it's my fault to listen you. Why do you say to believe. Why don't you say to not listen you. I am seeking in your qualities where I can leave. Why????

@pavanshetty98063 жыл бұрын
Somya human languages are very limited. One words have many meanings depending on perspective. You are not able to discriminate between the context and perspectives . Since you are mixing up perspectives, you feel there is conflict. Vedanata says the world is only as real as you are; meaning if you believe you to be true then this world is true. When Vedanta says world is false, it's from a perspective where you and I both are false.. So it's relative.. How do you define something to be true or false? If you defination is something that is temporary is false then everything that dies or is limited is false.

This learned man has distortion in his brain. when he talks Hindii he says 'batman' but when he is speaking in English he says 'aatmun'. As if it is a separate English word. Aatmaan is always Aatmaann in any language. Should be no distortion. Same with Artjun, Yog, Shiv... . We must stop giving concessions to English speakers by distorting to Arjuna, Yoga, Shiva... English speakers will learn to pronounce the right way.

@@MrKDSingh-bi7cx u r wrong. I have been listening to him for a long tome. Read this carefully then go back and listen to his pronunciation then come back and tell me if I am wrong: When he talks in English he distorts it and says clearly “atmun” and not “Atmaan”.
