I've a question, When I tried simplifying the value of sin 22.5⁰ i wasn't get the correct value, initially i thought that I'd making some calculation mistake so used a calc nd still get the same inappropriate Value.. so i searched it on Google nd saw many solns and in every soln they have used value of cos 45 as √2/2 instead of using 1/√2 . Then I solved using that value of cos 45 and got the correct answer . Nd I can't understand that if both values of cos 45 are same then why I'm not getting same answers after using them..? Can anyone please help if you know
