Homework Answers 1.Riverine island is a landmass formed within a river. Riverine island is formed because of the deposition of mud and rocks in the river bed. 2.Plateaus represent the ancient shield of earth crust. This ancient shield is formed due to volcanic eruptions which contains solidified magma. Magma is rich in mineral reserves which are important in present day. Hence , plateaus are rich in mineral deposits. Session was amazing😇😇😇
