WARNING: Don't fall for the cutoff scores of 2022. Cutoffs for 2023 have increased drastically and it's quite likely that they'll increase for 2024 as well. I'm at BITS Hyd and nearly everyone here had hoped of something better than what they have currently by considering the cutoffs for 2022. So please don't fall for it.

@@user-pt6te6gy4b if you are enrolled in any coaching centre, blindly follow those modules. but if you preparing at home, then use HC VERMA for PHYSICS, ARIHANT JEE MAINS book for maths, DISHA JEE MAINS PYQ BOOK for CHEMISTRY

Sir I did appear for bitsat 2023 I would like to warn the students of 2024...do not expect any branch if your marks are less than 250...last year hyd civil closed at 156 and now its at 209....tge cutoffs rised massively...be prepared for next year All the best

IITs vs BITs.When to choose BITs if getting IITs also?.

IIT BOMBAY, Delhi, Madras, kanpur, kharagpur, Guwahati > BITS, Roorkee, Hyderabad, and Dhanbad, IIIT H, NIT trichy > Remaining IIT + Top NITS > remaining NIT and BITS. Getting into any one of these is an achievement, but of course even the top 1% can have it's own top 1%

@@pussybaby Now Roorkee is better than Kharagpur also in NIRF. I think BHU, Roorkee and BITs had similar system as they all were originally universities but due to their goodness two of them given the IIT status. Now BITs may be in waiting list.

@@Well_done_IITD nah man BITs is its own race, they're private and honestly government couldn't fund an institute like that. The Pilani campus is truly amazing, and no reservations too. So the people you find there and the life you're gonna have is on par with IIT Bombay, the only thing it lacks is that it's not having the name of *IIT*

No, it doesnt work like that Cutoffs and merit lists are based on marks and papers of that specific year

yes they do. BITSAT ke syllabus m there's whole of inorganic portion like hydrogen and all + the other deleted parts of inorganic...you can look up the syllaus in the official brochure.

Sir I did not understood one thing. When I checked for BITS eligibility criteria for boards it says 75% total and 60% in PCM. And I’m a compartment student. 60% in PCM means 180/300. So if by any chance I get 75% total combined all subjects and more than 180/300 in PCM, but have one subject below 60% like 55/100 in maths, will I be eligible to give BITS and qualify?
