sounds like retrofitting Constitutional Rights into Vedas...I'm not highly educated, but it sounds like this in my ears. It's somewhat similar to how some religious people say--" Hey, see my scriptures, hints regarding spacetime, embryo, genes, etc are written here!" Having some moral values written in this or that sloka doesn't mean they are the root of fundamental rights of today or that they were any form of "developed legal system"...
