It is really good house . I really surprise only 28L , maybe its only construction amount , interior budget almost 20L + Painting + flooring marbles . I STRONGLY BELIVE TOTALL BUDGET ALL MOST NEARLLY 50L its minimum . Anyway house looks nice

I think it's propably the building cost. The house is built with bricks which can be sourced for Rs. 7. Also no painting work done outside, no rooftop tilings, no solar panels, kitchen is very basic with no imported cupboards etc. The biggest cost for them looks like the granite flooring and wood work done but only in selective places.

Anchor Vishnu, are you indirectly campaigning for the builder. Before explaining please get the correct information about the cost. You must also pronounce accurately certain words for eg: for unique use always say enique, then modular kitchen you pronounce modalar kitchen. Some of the interiors are antiques but you say reused. then architect. I derived all these from your previous houses also. Hope you will take it lightly.
