++ With ur earlier pic post of the JF platter, it was a no brainer that something was coming..the JF+(?) delicacy ! Steamed pancakes with JF filling as a dessert it is ! ++ The techinique of scoring off excess dough to give it the thinnest takes (n getting the leaf ribs etched in ) on steaming is simply brilliant ! It sure was "trembling" in your hands in total fragility as you cut n held a pc up later ! ++ Even the slender cut servings I found to be very practical, to having it as a clumsy whole ?! May be all this is rather routine n run-off-the-mill ways in many a home..but then to me, quite novel, admitedly ! ++Last but not the least..its my second "Cat frames" (those turned up corners..!) for the day ! There was one another person too who got a new one today.. and you now ! Welcome to the bespectacled league VJ ! ( All the better to see things now on !! ) And happy "spreads" to all those who are going the JF way next !
