రామకృష్ణగారు హ్యాట్సాఫ్ టు యు ప్లాస్టిక్ రైస్ ని ఆపేయా మని చెప్పటం ఇంత (ధైర్యంగా) (తెలీవీగా) చెప్పడం ఎవ్వరికీ అంతుపట్టని రీతిలో గవర్నమెంట్ని🤔 నిలదీసేందుకు🤒 కూడా వీలు లేని రీతిలో మీరు చేస్తున్న ఈ ఫైట్ 🙏చాలా గొప్పదంఢీ!🙌 హ్యాట్సాఫ్ కానీ ఒక చానెల్ లో వాళ్ళ ఆయన్ని విన్నది కాకుండా వాళ్ల ( మాకు ) చెప్పింది వాళ్లు చూపించినప్పుడు ఆ ఛానెల్ని మేము అప్పుడే (వెళ్లి )వేసేశాం ఆ చానల్ని మేం ఇప్పటికీ (చూడం లేదు) అది (పవన్ ఇజం) చ్చిపీనప్పుడు వరకు ఆ చానెల్ డబ్బు సంపాదించేందుకే ఉందని మా కర్థమయింది డాక్టర్లు కూడా అందుకే ఉన్నారు కానీ ఈ కుర్రవాళ్లకు పవన్ చెప్పేనా(తారువాతా )అర్ధమయింది కానీ నేనిప్పటి వరకు బెంగళూరులో ఉన్నాను కానీ ఇప్పుడు మీకు 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Excellent programm in world & reduced 7 kgs in 2 weeks span. I am very happy because I lost my SPONDY problem which I was suffering from 10 years (Actually I prepared for major spinal operation due to problem at L5 OVER S1). Now no operation/nothing due to great VRK DIET, TQ & GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

Nenu 6 days liquid diet chesanu but last 2 days na weight struck ayndhi. So nenu 2 days diet stop Chesesa. Malli 2 days Tharuwatha start cheyalanunukuntunna. Start cheyocha?

Sir I am Hemalatha..I have started this diet since 1 week before eating 140 and after eating 262 are my sugar levels so I have started this diet and also bp and sponlisus..after seeing ur video I have started diet..my weight was actually 70 and now 65kgs ..right now I am suffering from motions and vomtings..after consulting doctor she is saying to stop the diet or it will become more prblm..Sir what should I do now plz rply me plzz

ramesh ramaswamy 10 minutes ago (edited) hatsoff to ramakrishna for telling reality but diabetics,endocrinologist,bariatric doctors are opposing because they get zero patients so far they have cheated public now not possible public realised thru ramakrishna 99 percent of pharma industry is surviving on diabetes,bp,thyroid medicines only imagine patient has to use these medicines along with lunch.dinner,breakfast now not at all ramakrishna revealed you just type dr hegde padmabhusan award winner,vc of manipal university,he is world famous doctor revealed the history of english medicine and for diabetes see pv.satyanarayan interview,and one more for diabtes see bllod sugar live experiment to cure diabetes by biswaroop roy chowdary diabetic specialist revealed the cescret of diabetes,diabetes ,bp, thyroid are curable in very short time but doctors prolong life time for their survival and kill the patients. worst nutritionist in this video she is zeroknowledge and fake is there any nutritionist 50 yrs before my sincere suggestion to cure diabtes,thyroid,bp and obesity use cold pressed cooking oil and use rock salt or sea salt dont use iodine salt it causes thyroid ,bp and obesity go back 100years back cooking style see great rajiv dixit lectures about clay pot and all queries is there any english doctor with out diabetes first they dont knopw themselves how to cure their disease all nutitionists are suffrering from obesity what do they teach to public first of all dont use refined oil its petrol and diseal oil mixing of ground nut and sunflower flavour how our body process engine oil so that liver fails and sugar and bp,thyroid are coming use otganic cold pressed cookjoin groundnut,sesame,coconut oil or get your own oil from ghani/ganuga put an end to all diseases diabtes,bp,thyroid are not life style diseases they are coming from refined oiland iodine salt .i hope you considermy samll advice and come out of all diseases permanently just by changing oils and salt use ghee as much as possibl

Em diet plan idhi.it is costly diet plan , not scientific, not proved to use on public. & anni rogaalaku okate mandhu laanti aahaaram .
