Veg Fried Rice Recipe | Street Style Fried Rice | #shorts

Recipe: 1. Take a wok or kadhai, add 2 tbsp oil, 1/2 cup or 1 med onion, 1 tbsp garlic, 1 tbsp ginger, 1-2 chopped green chilli and 1 tbsp coriander stem(optional) Stir on high flame. 2. Then add 1/3 cup each of carrot and capsicum. Give it a quick stir, let it cook for 1-2 mins. We want the crunch to remain so don’t overcook. Also add some salt to taste. 3. Then add 1 cup cooked rice along with 1 tsp each of vinegar, tomato ketchup and schezwan sauce and 2 tsp soy sauce. Give it a toss, add some black pepper and top with handful of green onions. It’s ready!
