Yeah but the times have changed and the needs also, earlier we used to eat fresh now we have microwaves and refrigerators because its convenient and so have our food culture been influenced. Now we are used to ACs we love the experience so we do it there is nothing wrong in enjoying the small things that make us comfortable and happy.

And non veg is what polymer, well the medicines that we consume and ecpecially for some who are dependent on that are not natural, does that make it wrong. You can go and treat cancer with aloevera I wish you luck on that.

I can counter most of his points. 1.He told veggies have their own flavour and non-veg does not well it does not matter as we are not eating them raw anyways so for a foodie the taste of the dish matters and in general also. Eg : In food contests do we judge the dish by the flavour of the raw material or the final dish. 2. He told that most herbivores are strong therefore if we eat veg only then we'll be stronger which makes no sense. If you want to make sense then you should compare humans who eat veg and humans who eat non veg and I want to say it does not matter it matters on how hard we train but it becomes easier for a person who eats both veg and non veg. Eg: Chicken breast is a lean source of protein and we cannot compensate it with paneer as we get a lot of fat from that and not tofu as it has less protein content also not dal because then we get excess carbs, we can replace it with whey but then it will cost us more and I am not saying we should stick to chicken breast, I am just saying that it becomes easier to have a balance of all and it depends on the needs and goals of individuals like some people specially vegetarians take B complex and also those who want to built muscles and are fitness enthusiasts teld to take fish oil as it is a rich source of omega 3 and also the advanced competitive lifters who are in constant need of testosterone boost tend to eat mutton in moderation, they can also take supplements like ashwagandha, shilajit but they like the taste of mutton then what's the harm. 3. He told that it takes more time to digest non veg, well that's true but that's why I suggest to eat any kind of food in moderation and control not only non veg and who is forcing you to eat non veg if you are not able to digest it properly, eat in moderation, add less oil and spices and its good to go and then also you are not able to digest then you have a weak digestion and speaking of that, there are people who have problem digesting milk also( lactose intolerant) but that does not make milk bad, getting the point.

I love non-veg and won't leave it because I don't want to. I would never even try beef because it's connected to my sentimental beliefs but I won't leave non-veg because I am not convinced.

People have twisted the meaning of sattvic, people who never ate non veg or don't like the taste just promote sattvic bhojan not realizing that they themselves are not eating sattvic bhojan as basic ingredients like potato, garlic, onion etc. are not sattvic.

Everything here is connected to our sentiments and beliefs. If we have certain beliefs which contradict from others that does not mean we have to convince the other against their beliefs by throwing facts with no basis. You are saying we should not eat non veg, ok but what about those places where there is hardly any vegetation and even if it's there then they are very costly so you are saying that they should starve rather than eat non veg. And if you are trying to find a humane factor then tell that to the lion, tiger, bear etc. And I know that we are different from those animals as we have a choice and we as humans have a more developed brain than them and can control our urges but that is also the reason that we as humans tend to find logic(tark) in our actions and I am not able to find see one in this video. I am not saying I would not leave non veg, I would do so if someday I get to know that it is doing me some major harm.
