Normally eat lunch and dinner only. Started lifting weights. Drinking whey protein (2 servings on workout days... is 2 too much??). Looking for meal replacement to get in 3rd meal. What you recommend? Also, should I take whey on off days?

I tried this... it was truly awful. One of the worst things I have ever consumed. No matter what I tried to mix in, or cut it with, the flavour was simply too strong to smother (and it tasted NOTHING like coconut or almonds). The after taste stuck with me for hours. This one haunted me. Consider yourself warned, people.

I have not experienced that, however I have only tried the mocha and French vanilla , I use it with almond milk and it’s been fine, for the French vanilla, doesn’t taste like French vanilla at all to me lol
