I can barely remember my life pre-air fryer! They're such cracking little pieces of kit. I'm going to test a similar technique using masa harina (Mexican corn flour) this weekend, hope it works

There are some ingredients which I don't know what they are and on top of that to buy them I would only probably use them for this recipe so for those reasons I'm not going to make this unless you can change the flower and some of those spices

It's a great spice to keep in the cupboard. If you can't find it in your local shops, it's always worth looking on Ebay. That's where I get a lot of stuff from
