Yeah it's expensive I just started I've been on it for 2 weeks sum of products are nasty I just hold my nose and eat I know why I am losing weight like crazy I'm eating healthy now all my haters have nothing to say now I get stuff that's on sale but it has to say Vegan I got yogurt at Market Basket vegan yogurts my dad didn't like it I enjoyed it very much Dollar Tree in Massachusetts has a lot of vegan stuff right now and it helps me save money so I don't spend too much at Market Basket sometimes I have to go to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's eating vegan makes us look sexy I hate the people that say Vegan is for girls only no it's for people that want to be healthy and happy and not cruel to animals love animals don't eat them

Looks great. For the gnocchi I would probably simmer the tomato with the spices by themselves while the gnocchi boils to let the flavor develop a little longer. I love that peach purée bread idea.

This is going to PISS OFF the cafeteria workers at my job. As it is, I started cutting back on what they sell/serve, simply because I just wasn’t hungry enough, especially if I had breakfast. Note that it isn’t my assumption that they’re becoming annoyed with me. They have, specifically, attempted to kern me towards their main dishes and have asked me if I don’t like meat anymore. They shake their heads when I grab something small, like a club sandwich. But, I’ve been learning and planning for weeks on making vegetarian food prep, that I’ll do once per week. Can’t wait to make roasted vegetables and your video is right up my alley and where I’m headed! One has to realize that everything is a business and the cafeteria staff are not nutritionists. They don’t care about you. As far as they are concerned, have a heart attack over what they make. Things like passing off ground beef, sitting in oil - as chili. Really? I also just received a Hot Logic Mini so, I can cook food in my lunch bag, at my desk. No need to get harsh stares from the cafeteria staff, as I use the microwave. So, they’re going to be a mighty bit disappointed when I come in next week. I get to cut calories, eat nutritious food - cold or piping hot, and I give myself an instant raise, by making my own veggie foods from Dollar Tree and I might try Misfits Market, too! Thank you!❤️

You may want to check the ingrediants on the cans of Margaret Holmes veggies. They are southern style, which usually means seasoned with pork. If the label says seasoned, read the ingredients carefully.

I love your use of things we all have in our homes, ingredients we can find and that you actually cook. The Dollar Tree in my town is small, a bit lacking on the frozen foods. The biggest Dollar Tree I have ever been to is on the 17th Street Causeway in Fort Lauderdale; it was huge! I like your video, some great ideas.
