So the reason for the price is that there's a middle layer in the sole witch is actually better quality than the none vegan ones I watched a video where a shoe maker cut open both pairs that's why vegan and normal around the same price, so basically the cheaped out on the vegan leather but gave better sole and the none vegan has leather witch makes them cost more but the middle sole isn't as good

Capitalising on the vegan trend. no way in hell vegan leather which is just ‘PU’ leather should cost anywhere near real leather docs. I personally only buy shoes in sales I normally buy expensive shoes priced down I recently got some men’s docs Chelsea boots in tan down from £139 to £69. Which is much more reasonable. the vegan ones should be priced at £99 max but probably £89 would be more in line with retail.

yeah that's true I also don't think they should be as expensive as normal leather ones, smart thing to do to wait for the sales!

@@tabithalillie6931 that’s what I’m saying PU or vegan leather has never been as expensive as real leather in chairs over 50% cheaper normally. I’ve got Tim’s premium boots too and they have lesser quality ones they sell for £120 vs £180

Hi you might watch the cobbler vids from rose anvill, I was a big fan of Martens but the leather is not real quality and they did not put in a shank it is a small wooden or metal piece in the shoe and it is there that shoe does not collapse in the middle! The cobbler cuts boots in half to say something really professional about them!

I feel like the vegan ones are harder to break than the regular leather ones :/ Took about two months for me too !

That’s interesting I’ve never tried the regular leather ones so I can’t compare but they definitely do take a while! Worth it in the end though I think, mine are very comfy now!

@@tabithalillie6931 To be fair I haven't personally tried the leather ones either, a friend of mine had regular Dr Martens boots and she was surprised when I told her how long it took for mine to be more comfortable ... But yes mine too are really comfy now ! I've had them for 2 years and they're holding up really good so all in all, i'm very happy I bought them :)

I would say they are quite cosy, in the summer they can get quite hot but in the colder months they are perfect, but even in the summer they aren’t unbearable

Im a Little confused. I wore 37.5. ordered 37and 38. 37 is too tight especially on the up back of my foot. Otherwise it’s fine. But for 38, it’s just comfortable. But I can still put a finger in . Obviously too bigger for me. And I don’t know will vegan leather will grow bigger like normal leather ones? Hope someone can help me😂

Mine did feel a bit tight when I got them but it was more just because they needed breaking in and loosening a bit so I’m not sure what advice to give but mine did definitely loosen up a bit after time if that helps! But I’ve never had the normal leather ones so can’t really compare
