Alexis Kraus just ask a lot of questions and you can request to speak with the chef. They sometimes change ingredients if they run out of something. However, Dole Whip is always vegan. 😊

Got the ingredients list on the gumbo from the visitors center and it says it contains butter. We had the gumbo before getting the ingredients, and can confirm it’s delicious, but we don’t know how to feel based on the ingredients list... 😐

Qwerty Z unfortunately milking the animal is not some idyllic Heidi-like dream where animals are free to frolic about while humans squeeze their breasts whenever it’s convenient. After a human-long nine month pregnancy, little calfs are taken from their mothers within days from birth, if not right after, so that every drop of milk is taken by farmers. If the calf is male, it is sent to the butcher. If it is female, it is force fed and when ready, human-hand force impregnated so that the cycle can start with her too. Even the farms with the best, most “humane” practices, send their animals to the same butcher as all other factories. Even ethical farms bring their animals to slaughterhouses because it is not sustainable for a business to only produce milk. Even if you don’t ingest carcasses, buying milk finances the abuse of innocent creatures.
