Homemade tofu link • Simple Homemade Firm Tofu
Ingredients
Fried firm tofu
Cucumber
Beans sprouts
small red onion ( shallot )
garlic
Coconut sugar
Caramel
Sugar
Salt to taste
oil to sautee the pounded ingredients
Tamarind juice ( from ping pong ball size tamarind pulp with 1/2 cup water )
water
