Chao cheese is the best tasting vegan cheese. Country Crock plant creamer is great. Rhythm Buffalo Cauliflower bites are great (Kroger). CocoWhip from Kroger is a great Cool Whip alternative.

We love those GoMacro bars! One of my sons has a very high metabolism as well. He really enjoys protein shakes, peanut butter, nuts, and anything with lentils. I really enjoyed your haul and prep. Have a lovely day!

Great video Melissa! How long has your family been vegan? Is there a reason why, health wise or just preference? Also could you link the thermos your kids use? I have the thermos brand & it doesn't keep food hot enough.

We have been vegan since Jan. 3, 2022. We did it because of stomach and skin issues. Cleared it all up in a week. For us, it works; however I realize that it isn't for everyone. Yes, I can add the thermos that we use in the description of the video.

I learned so much - might be of interest to you too. Enjoyed the food prep part - do you find that the containers hold the food well or you use the veggies before they go bad?

Sure! My daughter was having tummy aches all day, every day and my son was starting to get some pretty serious acne. Within a week, both issues were completely gone. In addition, we watched the documentary What the Health and that was all we needed to see.
