Updates post trying from home: Substituted some of the ingredients and it tasted pretty good. Adding it only for reference for others who could not find ingredients like me. 1. For the base used roasted almond and roasted puffed rice instead of hazelnut and cornflakes. 2. For cake used oatmilk but would certainly recommend soy milk. Taste and texture was still good. 3. Replaced white chocolate with cacao butter and later added cacao chips. DO NOT add cacao chips when its hot cos it melts instantly. So let it cool well. 4. Tried to use coconut milk instead of coconut whipped cream. It did not work. A good whipped cream is generally fat. So I added a lot of coconut oil and a bit of coconut milk and whipped it until it was light airy foam. And it worked amazing. It wasn't the airiest cream ( could be because I use hand blender) but was really rice. 5. Lastly I added finely chopped strawberries in the cream to cut the sweet just in case. The sweet was actually very right. If you are using strawberry, eating cake right out of refrigerator is going to make strawberry tasteless. So leave it outside for a while before you cut. 6. Lastly used caramelized coconut shreds instead of choco caramel coconut shreds. Worked great. 7. Also line your cake with parchment paper. Mine was a glass mould. Chocolate base got stuck to the bottom and might have resulted in scratch while we tried to get the cake out. It was quite a hit. Got over in less than 15 minutes. No one believed a vegan cake can be that good. Thank you so much :)

Hi! Sorry for agar there's no vegan substitute for it in this recipe, you can leave it out and add 5g more cornstarch but the cream will come out softer.
